Data Deletion Instructions for Digi.AIMarketing

These Data Deletion Instructions explain how you can request deletion of your data associated with Digi.AIMarketing (the “App”) at https://aimarketing.digiapps.sg/.
1. How to Request Data Deletion
Option A, Request by Email
Send an email to support@digimarketing.sg with the subject line “Data Deletion Request, Digi.AIMarketing”.
Please include your account email, full name or business name for verification, the connected platform(s) you want removed, and whether you want full account deletion or social connection removal only.
Option B, In-App Request
If available within the App, you may use an in-app delete account option to initiate deletion, subject to identity verification.
2. What Data We Delete
Upon account deletion, we delete or anonymise account profile data, connected social account tokens, scheduled posts, uploaded media, AI-generated drafts, and internal support records where applicable.
Content already published on third-party platforms is controlled by those platforms.
3. Disconnecting from Meta Platforms
You may remove the App’s access via Facebook by navigating to Settings, Apps and Websites, selecting Digi.AIMarketing, and choosing Remove.
4. Disconnecting from LinkedIn
You may revoke LinkedIn access through Settings and Privacy, Partners and Services, and removing Digi.AIMarketing from connected applications.
5. Verification and Processing Time
Deletion requests are verified for security purposes. We typically complete deletion within 30 days unless legal retention is required.
6. Deletion Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent once deletion is completed.
